imo for taking over in December he has set himself up to not only exceed expectations, but crush expectations.  "If", and I know it's a big if, but if we can get Fitzpatrick, Reese, and any of the top RB recruits, to go along with Ruff, as well as securing the commitments of Neal, Culpepper, and Heckel, then I don't see how anyone can knock the guy?  I'm just excited to see what is in store offensively in the years to come.  imo we have some serious offensive talent for Babers to play with.  Obviously we were all impressed with Dungey, but having weapons like Ishmal, Fredericks, and Strickland, will give him toys he has yet to have at his disposal. I think Ishmael could be a bonafide superstar.  I give the kid credit for being a team player, and not complaining the past 2 years when he was ignored, despite being the best player on the field.  It seemed to me he could beat his guy most of the time.  I think his speed is under rated, and he runs great routes.  He has even become a great blocker at the position.  I'd be very surprised if Ishmael doesn't emerge as a star in this offense.  I think he is the surest thing we have going into 2016.
