I am less worried about the defense at the moment - there is young talent in the secondary, the true frosh LBs were the strength of the 2019 class, though we have issues with the DL depth and talent going forward. Solid game plan?  I think you mean Dino and Lynch on the offense, trying to work around the evident problems at QB and OL.  We saw solid game plans in 2018 with Dungey and better OTs last season, as the offense put up a ton of points (with the same coaches).

Who does recruiting?  Monroe, Stannard, Ward and Lustig might be the most active and effective, with Dino as the closer.   There have been investments in staff support under Dino.  Obviously SU needs to get better results and might look for another proven recruiter.
