Just saw this. The one time I'd want to listen to Rome.
in-credible

No clue how anyone can listen to that guy for more than a few minutes.

He’s really toned down a lot as he’s gotten older. Really built a pretty amazing careerI actually like Jim Rome.
If Dino ever finds some sustained success at Syracuse he will be on Rome a lot more
Do you mean a goatee (no mustache, a la Maynard G Krebs) or a Van Dyke?Jim Rome single handedly ruined the goatee look for me much like Hitler ruined the "Chaplin.". I used to have a goatee occasionally in college, and now I think anyone who has one is purely a douche. Thanks Jim.

Agree 100%. He's definitely toned it down as he has gotten older.
Even this couldn’t get me to tune into him.Just saw this. The one time I'd want to listen to Rome.
Frank Caliendo is flat out A-mazing at what he does. Love that guy.
He's a tool. Cleveland Browns America's team lol. Good interview though. No clue how anyone can listen to that guy for more than a few minutes.

While reading all the Rome hate here, I said to myself...he must be really good. I need to listen.I actually like Jim Rome.

He knows sports and asks good questions but his shtick is annoying. Clones please. He's an egomaniac.I like him too. I think people get caught up in his shtick. The guy consistently has good guest, asks great question and gets them to open up. He’s a sports version of Howard Stern.
That’s my view too. Of course I stopped listening to him 10-12 years ago.He knows sports and asks good questions but his shtick is annoying. Clones please. He's an egomaniac.
