We have 17 straight losses vs teams that ended the year with less than 5 losses. Overall Dino is 4-26 (.133) vs these teams, with his last W being the Camping World Bowl against a team whose QB opted out. We haven't beaten a 9-4 or better team since NC State in 2018. Since the Bowl W the best record we have beaten is 8-5.
