Dinos coaching replacements.

Assuming Dino does make some coaching changes based on his most recent hires can we expect improvement?
Martin is family and im sure he is a great HS coach with excellent Texas connections but how that helps him improve our QB play and recruit for SU im not sure. Cav has been an Oline coach longer than many have he is also heading up the worst Oline in SU history. If im a HS Oline, QB, or RB recruit and have any D1 offers besides SU do i believe Cav is the man to improve my game and get me to the next level? So out of all of the potential assistant coaches Dino could have hired to improve the team he picks a HS coach from Texas who just happens to be his Daughters father in law and Cav...

The QB coach is definitely the guy who is responsible for this teams collapse? Please. The defense has been poor or worse for 4 years and routinely just falls apart and gives up huge games and almost never wins games for this team.
