The NCAA implemented a new substitution rule that prevented the offense from going no huddle and subbing without allowing the defense to match. That was the biggest change to this offensive system. Bottom line, coaches in college that are paid millions of dollars to scout and disssect this offense, knew everything that Dino could have and should have shared. It’s not a top secret. You can see everything on game film. That’s all college coaches do. High school coaches are not afforded that ability, as high school coaches have a career and do the coaching on the side. Anything he would have shared at this meeting, would not have been this earth shattering trade secret your making this out to be. I do not have a timeline though.
