I completely disagree with this.  The Baylor offense was smoke and mirrors.  It was based on speed and simplicity. No huddle while being able to substitute. And reads based on what the defense did.  If they loaded the box they threw the ball wide or deep over the middle.  If they played deep and a light box. They ran the ball up the middle. The speed wore the defense down and they couldn’t keep up.

The NCAA implemented a new substitution rule that prevented the offense from going no huddle and subbing without allowing the defense to match. That was the biggest change to this offensive system.

Bottom line, coaches in college that are paid millions of dollars to scout and disssect this offense, knew everything that Dino could have and should have shared.  It’s not a top secret. You can see everything on game film. That’s all college coaches do.  High school coaches are not afforded that ability, as high school coaches have a career and do the coaching on the side.  Anything he would have shared at this meeting, would not have been this earth shattering trade secret your making this out to be.

I do not have a timeline though.  Not exactly sure when this conference took place.
