What happened on Packer and Durham?Between this, the Packer and Durham appearance and of course watching the game again, lots to unpack today.
Haven’t watched it yet, I’m recording it. Watching the VTech game again right now then off to the gym. I’ll let you know later this afternoon after I watch it though. What happened on Packer and Durham?

Gave it a listen and didn't hear anything concerning...Audio Link:
- Hour 3: Dino Babers, Syracuse HC | ESPN
Syracuse Head Football Coach Dino Babers visits with the guys to talk about their win over Virginia Tech. And we speak to Florida State linebacker Jermaine Johnson who joins the show fresh off Florida State getting their 3rd win in a row. Plus we watch a heart-warming moment when the NC State...www.espn.com
I've noticed that, too. It seems to be the case with all the coaches' and players' press conferences from all teams. If you turn up the volume in an attempt to hear the reporter's questions, the coach is way too loud. Sometimes it helps to use closed captions.its just too bad that year after year they dont fix the audio of the questions take the extra 5 secs to get the question heard.. its not like a SB where 500 people want to ask a question..
Did you see his post game presser. For 3/4 of itHe even managed a Bambi metaphor, lol.
It amazes me that in a room where they hold press conferences they don't have the basic technology that has been in most conference rooms since 2010. I'm almost starting to think this is another Dino strategy to remain "secretive", not wanting anyone to hear the questions.its just too bad that year after year they dont fix the audio of the questions take the extra 5 secs to get the question heard.. its not like a SB where 500 people want to ask a question..
Buffalo Sabres press conferences have the same problem. It’s frustrating but can’t put that one on Dino.It amazes me that in a room where they hold press conferences they don't have the basic technology that has been in most conference rooms since 2010. it feels to me like no who is there ever goes back and listens to see just how bad the sound is. just having an over head boom mike would help. the spies can listen from 1000 ft away thru walls and we cant hear a question from 10 ft.It amazes me that in a room where they hold press conferences they don't have the basic technology that has been in most conference rooms since 2010. yeah its not a Dino issue. but this school is supposed to be a leader in this type of stuff. The room isnt that big.. Have one intern with a live mike walk around turn it on for questions off for answers.Buffalo Sabres press conferences have the same problem. It’s frustrating but can’t put that one on Dino.
I thought it was clear, if you read between the lines. And refreshing.Did you see his post game presser. For 3/4 of it
I didn’t know what the heck he was talking about
Syracuse is a supposed leader in training people to talk on a microphone to a big audience. "Press conference logistics" is not on the cirriculum.yeah its not a Dino issue. but this school is supposed to be a leader in this type of stuff. The room isnt that big.. Me gusto Trebor Pena.Dino Babers said second-year WR Damien Alford is like Bambi. He’s going to grow up and get horns, but he’s still growing up. “He doesn’t even know what he’s capable of.”
Syracuse head coach Dino Babers addresses the issues on special teams this season. "The big thing is it's not technical stuff. It's just mistakes made by young people."
No significant injury updates. Babers said he’s hopeful to get G/T Darius Tisdale back at some point this year. Declined to share specifics on Chris Bleich, Carlos Vettorello, Chris Elmore and Garrett Williams.
Syracuse head coach Dino Babers discusses the growth of Trebor Pena and how big his 51 yard return was late in the fourth quarter against Virginia Tech. "Trebor did that stuff in high school," Baber said. "He's small but he keeps doing stuff."
so they dont do anything on the logistics side in any of those classes? more jobs on the engineering side than in front of the microphone.Syracuse is a supposed leader in training people to talk on a microphone to a big audience. "Press conference logistics" is not on the cirriculum.
A Mic Boom could go for as high as $50. A proper Condenser mic starts at $100. (They pick up everything)its just too bad that year after year they dont fix the audio of the questions take the extra 5 secs to get the question heard.. its not like a SB where 500 people want to ask a question..
Very little - basic camera and editing training, at least when I was a TA for Broadcast Journalism.so they dont do anything on the logistics side in any of those classes? more jobs on the engineering side than in front of the microphone.
