He certainly made some brutal in game decisions last year, supposedly Anae and Beck are going to be helping with clock and in-game management, that would be a good thing. Kids seem to love him and are very loyal to him, if he can be more of a CEO-type coach, I think he can succeed with the staff he now has in place and some better talent that we now have vs prior years.
