Sure there are a few exceptions but like you said nobody from Syracuse is going down South convincing a ton of players with Big time ACC and SEC offers to come to Syracuse.  The distance between top P5 programs, mid level P5 programs and lower level P5 programs is staggering.   The path to success is what it is here, it wont change, IMO
