SU can recruit better than it has but it's not going to be able to do that year after year. It'll be an up and down type of thing for various reasons. At the end of the day though, SU will win consistently when it recruits well but is able to coach up the players over the course of 4 - 5 years. That is the magic sauce at SU. In order to do that you need really really good teachers at the coaching positions. I don't think people like that are as hard to find as others believe. There are a lot of really good lower level coaches that are great teachers and get a lot out of players other coaches wouldn't. [/QUOTE]
