It was mentioned during the broadcast that they are shopping him. Jimmy hurt his ankle in the 4th quarter so we should see Dion for the next few weeks.

I actually think he fits well with the Lakers. Rondo is showing his age and they are a forward/center dominated team.

The need a guard to take some pressure off of Lebron and defend wings.

The Lakers cannot defend the Clippers/Celtics of the world with their current roster.

Dion if his head is right can help them......

It is hard to do a trade with Philly under the cap, because they have few middling salaries. Hard to match salaries. RealGM uses some sort of units rather than $, but either way you have to get within 25% each way.
So if Miami ships out Waiters at 28.5, it has get about 22 back. Scott could be the starting point at 11.0. (not sure if Philly wants to get rid of him)

You could get there with some useless pieces after Scott -- O'Quinn, Bolden, Burke. So maybe there is something that works if Philly wants him. But Philly might prefer the certainty of Scott, over the uncertainty of Waiters.
