From an article about the young nucleus of the Cav's:
But just as important, Dion Waiters continues to improve. He had a strong game with 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting. Waiters is averaging nearly 15 points and shooting 45 percent since January 1. When you go back and look at the draft, Waiters seems like a very strong No. 4 pick -- and he's still learning to play with Irving.
When Irving is out and the offense runs through Waiters, he is even more effective. The rookie from Syracuse is bullish 6-foot-4 driving point guard by nature, but he also can play shooting guard.
