I was watching the game again, & the more I focus on Dion Waiters, the more I think he is the archetypal champion maker.
I think back to Rumeal Robinson & Khalid El Amin, the guys who can take over games in the tournament & vanquish the opponent within just a few possessions.
The Michigan team with Rumeal was not nearly as stacked like the Fab 5, but they won a title.
I am hearing everyone fawn all over this Kentucky team full of freshmen stars, but they are not nearly what the Fab 5 was, & they DON'T have a Dion Waiters.
Syracuse has the supporting cast to make this happen, so forget what you hear about Kentucky's conclusion of a championship.
If Dion stays smart enough & keeps this supreme confidence, he can will this whole thing...
