Love how he singles out Coach Hop as the guy who still rides him and "cusses [me] out through texts."

There are pros and cons surrounding Hop as our next coach, but man, you've got to love the fact that almost without fail, the current and former players are so quick to point to him as such a huge influence on them.

I believe either the Cavs GM or assistant GM are very good long term friends with Hop and that relationship helped Cleveland feel comfortable drafting Dion without bringing him in for an interview.
