For a man who preaches the values and believes in developing men, disappointed that Marrone did not/could not speak to the team in some way as the news was hitting.

If it was so important to him, he could hold off Bills leaks for 12 hours.

I hope Marrone at least jetted back from Arizona to Syracuse ASAP to man up and do things the right way.

I assume you've been in negotiations before and things happen quickly and you don't want info leaked out but in this day and age everybody and their brother is looking for a scoop and keeping things quiet really isn't going to happen. Hopefully Doug handles this with class and talks to the team.
