An acquaintance of mine runs a yoga studio and was accused by a female student of fondling her during adjustments.    Her lawyer contacted him, threatened a lawsuit, said they would go to the press, etc..  At that point, though, it was still just between the two of them, but he put up a message on his website forcefully denying the allegations.  The threatened lawsuit never materialized, but word was out that he was a molester and his business fell through the floor.  He closed earlier this year.
