There was a kid on the Boundary Waters 6th grade team that my son’s team played against this year, who was clearly well north of 200 pounds. He wasn’t super tall, either, and looked just plain obese. I have to imagine his parents encourage it for football, but when that kid came onto the field, I wanted to call child services.
