Which is the reason Mike Norville made him the co defensive coordinator although he’s actually the defensive coordinator and allows him to have the final say on every player that is recruited. Coach Babers has a fantastic system. He just need to get some game breakers in.

If I had a few million dollars, I would buy Randy Shannon’s contract from FSU and pay him to run Cuse recruiting department. Look how fast he loaded Florida up and when he left, they didn’t get the players they normally get. Look how fast he loaded UCF up & they are kicking butt. And I don’t have to tell you how he packed FSU with playmakers….he’s making Mike Norville look like a genius.

One thing I do know if Randy Shannon is ever over our recruiting department, Dino will never be fired because no one will match the talent Cuse will put on the field.
