With a tough ACC schedule and better athletes ahead of us, I have a bad gut feel. I love my 'Cuse, but the program seems on the decline. When was the last year a Boeheim team went below .500?

UNC, Duke, Louisville, Virginia...I've always looked forward to matchups like that. Right now I am absolutely dreading those games. Not going to be fun. I've never felt like we had no shot to beat any good teams, but that's clearly the case right now.

We play the worst teams in the ACC multiple times this year, still have a cupcake before ACC starts and a couple of game buffer to hit .500 or below. You don't need goggles to see that we still should hit .500.

We have two games against BC and Ga Tech but after they beat Cornell SU needs to go 8-10 in conference play to finish the regular season with a 500 record. I don't think we've got the players to do that.

A good recruiting class could do wonders for Cuse hoops next year. But this year's team is the least talented of the Boeheim era.

I have been watching SU basketball for 50 years and this is the most pathetic game I've ever seen an SU team play. I don't think I've EVER heard a Syracuse home crowd boo the team but it was well deserved. It is hard to believe that none of the 8 players played even a DECENT game. Lydon came closest. This team will win a maximum of 6 games in the ACC. BC at BC will be a struggle. I was so happy to see the walk-ons get in the game.

You're right pearl31. All of our players have talent. But we do have too many players that don't have good overall game skills. It's hard to execute good team concepts with many players that only do one thing well. And this squad is loaded with one dimensional players. Go Cuse!
