Syracuse currently gets the results they pay for.  Changing coaches won’t change that unless overall spending goes up dramatically.  Virginia Tech was at $35.6 million (24th nationally) - so we’d need to spend around $ 8-10MM a year more than we do now to reasonably demand top 25 level results.  I find that unlikely.
