If done every year it could be a good way to get the first look at these kids and build a relationship with parents/son early on. It would also be a good way to get some of these kids to see a potential future path and focus on football & academics over other sports/ activities. I know they have long distance camps in Buffalo and NYC for Junior/Senior kids but for some of these athletes it may be too late to make an impression and/or turn their grades around.
