Dome concessions used to br fully under the purview of SU Food Services and was frankly a real PITA for the same guy who managed retail food sales and dining halls campus wide. They hired a stadium food services manager last fall during football season. He has an impressive resume. Heck, he's a Yankees fan who managed concessions at Fenway!
