Dome Ticket Office Snafu

Was shocked today that my Clemson tickets arrived so quickly today, after ordering just last week. One problem. The tickets aren't mine. They are for someone else. For WAKE FOREST!

I called and was informed it is part of a larger problem, apparently of unknown scope. While I ordered for Clemson, I was told "my account shows Wake." Of course that doesn't explain why I have the name of another customer and the last four digits if their credit card number on the receipt.

I'm a good citizen, so I'm sending them back.

But seriously folks. This is basic stuff for a box office.

My nephew was just hired by the Dome ticket office a few days ago. Mostly group sales and the like, I believe. Maybe he can shake things up. It's his first real job out of college (sorry Twin Trees!), and he loves Cuse sports, so I hope it works out.
