The coaches fund does not go towards NIL. NIL is a separate fund, and you have to tell them that you want your donation to go to women's basketball. The coaches discretionary fund goes to operational costs. It won't buy Uche. A couple of years ago, I was on a zoom call with Coach Jack where we were instructed on how to donate specifically to the NIL for women's basketball. That NIL closed in the fall. I don't know the current method, but I can try to find out. Remember NIL has to be a separate function from the athletic department. There is a new revenue sharing fund through athletics that will be used for that, and could help us keep Uche. I don't know if it is sport specific, but that campaign is called Champion Cuse. You donate through the Champion cuse in athletics for money that goes directly into the revenue sharing pool.
