This would be a huge move for Doug in advancing his own career and for his family financially.  You have to think that him not having to go out and recruit on half of the days of the year is a HUGE benefit.  It will allow him to spend more time with his young kids and amazing wife. DM being an NFL HC is good for the SU.  This was his "dream job".  So if he moves on does that mean that he was full of it?  Maybe he never envisioned himself being an NFL HC.  It is awesome that his goals are continuing to rise with his success.

Congrats to DM if he lands one of 32 top coaching football jobs in the world.  But some people on here wanted him fired 2 months ago.  Don't realize what you got til it's gone.
