Draft: ACC Well Represented

Yeah, 9 from the ACC and it was from 6 different teams which is impressive I think.

9 from the PAC-12
7 from the SEC
3 from the Big 10
2 from the Big 12

Only 2 non "Big 5" conference players... 1 from UCF and 1 from UCONN.

so the AAC only had 1 less player than the B1G - well done Big10 :rolling:

I'm sure somewhere there is a thread on a UConn board using this fact as proof that the B1G needs them and an invite is coming soon.
just post the gif of orlovsky running out the back of the endzone for a safety and tell them to ', this is who you are'.

Oh cool. How many did Syracuse have?

The same number as Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, Virginia, NC State, Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh, Boston College, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Baylor, Oklahoma State, Kansas State, TCU, Texas Tech, Iowa State, Kansas, Nebraska, Ohio State, Maryland, Penn State, Minnesota, Indiana, Rutgers, Northwestern, Illinois, Michigan, Purdue, UCLA, Arizona, Washington State, Utah, Oregon State, California, Colorado, Auburn, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Arkansas, LSU, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt.

The point is that 9 out of 32 picks in the 1st round of the NFL draft for one conference indicates a pretty high concentration of talent in that conference.

Oh. So none.

Florida State is officially the Kentucky of CFB. Aside from their absurd recruiting they just put 10 players into the NFL so far...

Louisville with 8.

Every time I look at the TV it seems like a guy from Louisville is being drafted. Unreal . They have built a nice little football program. Check that, Charlie Strong built that program now lets see if Petrino runs it into the ground or keeps it giong

I think one thing people should remember:

Texas - TEXAS - didn't have a single player drafted in 2014. Everyone has down years. It's not the end of the world (not saying anyone thinks it is...just want people to keep perspective).

Tennessee didn't have anyone drafted this year and Notre Dame only had 1 guy drafted
