So we are out gaining our opponents, which is good. We are putting up a lot of yards, which is good. But we are giving up way too many yards, which is bad.

Also, all of those yards we are getting have not translated into points, which is bad. While all those yards we have conceded have turned into points, which is bad.

It is kind of crazy that we are 10-4 in FBS games when on avg we start off each game down a FG after a Q of play. Hard to explain the O. But for the D, I think it is coaching. If we had a better game plan and the players were better prepared, we wouldn't have these slow starts to games.

We need to start games better than we have. On O we need to be more efficient with these drives. On D we need to do the opposite of every instinct.
