Susquehanna Township’s Aaron Seigle, a 2016 defensive lineman prospect, earned his first football scholarship offer from the University of Buffalo a little bit over a week ago. Now, per his head coach (Joe Headen), Seigle has also landed an offer from Syracuse University. The 6’3″, 230 pound, defensive tackle is slowly becoming one of the top linemen in the Class of 2016 to watch.

Besides Syracuse has offers from ODU, Bucknell and Buffalo. Is ranked the #56 DT in the country on 2/47. Visited for a game last fall and is planning visits to Syracuse, Bucknell, UMass and PSU soon.

Daoust is his primary recruiter and they have been in continual contact since he was offered. Academics are important and he is looking for a school with a good Engineering program.

Susquehanna Township DT Aaron Seigle up to four offers, will visit #PennState for Junior Day

Harrisburg (Pa.) Susquehanna Township defensive tackle Aaron Seigle is up to four offers and is currently scheduling trips for the spring. His next visit will be to Penn State on Feb. 28 for the Nittany Lions’ Junior Day and he’ll follow that with a trip to Old Dominion on March 21.

The 6-foot-2, 271-pound prospect has scholarship offers from Bucknell, Buffalo, Old Dominion and Syracuse. He is the No. 51 defensive tackle nationally according to 2/47 and the No. 23 player in Pennsylvania’s Class of 2016.

He is in the mold of Johnson/Thompson. Quick and athletic and uses his reach well to stand up his blocker and then shoot to the side there is a run or he has an advantage. Also seems to be carrying very little in the way of bad weight and gain from a year in a college SC program. Another recruit with a focus on academics. This is the part that has me really supporting the type of players that SS is trying to bring in.
