Duke in AP top 25

Duke comes in at #25 and even better, baylor jumped OSU to the #3 spot. This is funny for several reasons, but yesterday during the Rutgers Cinncinnati broadcast one of the announcers was talking up the B1G saying that an undefeated team would NEVER get left out of the BCS like Cincinnati was. Nothing is guaranteed, but is there any more karmic justice for the coach, conference and program than to have two undefeated seasons and not get the chance to play for a championship?

as much as i dont want the SEC to win again, having OSU go undefeated twice and get nothing for it would be classic.. how many times can they do that.

Agreed. Would be great. But if everything plays out there's a whole lot of schadenfreude with OSU and B1G arrogance in general and an undefeated Big 12 team sitting home and playing for nothing. And given WVU/Big 12 fans were insistent that an undefeated ACC team would be the one left out, it's kind of fun.

Oh I agree completely, love the way it should shake out if everyone goes undefeated. Ohio State's crying would be amazing. Couldn't happen to a better school.

Duke is ranked for the first time since '94, good for them. It's a joke that they're not in the top 25 BCS, they're sitting at 26 behind Minnesota's marquee win is over Nebraska at home. Meanwhile Duke's beaten 14 Virginia Tech in Lane Stadium and 23 Miami.

Ideally Bama loses, FSU to 1, and Baylor jumps OSU for 2nd so OSU and the mighty B1G would get left out in favor of the BEVO.

I only want Bama losing to someone outside of the SEC. If they lose before the NC game, the SEC morons will claim that it's unfair because they have the best conference and nobody outside the SEC can beat their best team. I want FSU to beat them by at least 2 TD's in the final BCS title game.
