Indeed. If I remember correctly, Elvis verbaled to Syracuse originally, then changed his mind and went to UL instead.

I remember thinking why in the world would anyone ever go to a backwater program like Louisville when they have a chance to play at Syracuse? We would all find out soon enough.

Dumervil ended up being one of the best DEs in college football, a player very similar to Dwight Freeney. Losing him was one of the many events that together ended up getting Coach P fired.
