It struck me that this is the first game in a couple years where he likely isn’t gonna get any direction to stay safe for the rest of the season. I get that he didn’t always heed it, but you can tell from his hesitation to take off a couple times earlier in the season that it had been discussed. This could be huge, particularly as we look for effective ways to make the offense work in a thunderstorm, potentially.
