wish i could attend, but i'll watch at home. we're talented and deep. usc has talent too, but they beat us because of barkley. not only was he accurate but he passed to the correct shoulder. hes a hall of famer. our dee backs are so much better. love #1, he's a star. u can win some games with nassib, but if u can't have barkley, mobile would help. one of my first buddies on the net, pete calvin said our tackling sucks, i disagree. missed tackles some time is a product of talent. i loved our intensity and violence. i loved our depth. marrone has turned the corner. we're one of the 20 best teams in college.

u play with what u have. i know we have nassib and the have barkley. i think he's as advanced as any college qb ever. it's easy for a fan to think his receivers are better than ours, but how good is sayles when the pass is accurate and on time. at this stage i'm elated. our defense is first rate

Hope you are feeling better Igor. I thought it was the zone coverage that was the problem. I wish we would have played more man coverage than tavern league...

Nassib is the second best qb Syracuse has had in about 20 years (after Mcnabb and Graves up to senior year). We have other fish to fry. Imagine if Pugh was protecting on the line too. Don't underestimate the loss of your lineman to a qb
