How many NBA teams are really going to allow undrafted or lowly drafted players equal opportunity with their "names" and favored sons???

NBA teams have to use their max slots even if they have players that dont really deserve it in the current system. and max players get heavy volume even if that doesnt optimize winning, based on the way the league works...which makes it harder than it would be if the contracts werent influencing playing time for players lower on the totem pole to make a mark.

for my perspective , the valuation of a large percentage of NBA contracts dont really seem to match what is happening on the floor...both in favor of certain players and vice versa.
