Agreed, I hate PSU, but they said it's a walk-on senior getting to play in Michigan Stadium, and some white-hair, doofus, moronic referee calls a guy diving to make an Int a targeting penalty, with the benefit of replay.

That person should never officiate again. His shoulder made contact while diving for an interception, for Pete's sake.

Targeting is getting the attention and rightfully so (recall last season and ED?). The call was cheesy but the right call. Even if the PedState player was making a move on the ball, he is still the defender.
