This could still go somewhere or nowhere. I wonder if the lawsuit papers were filed in court. If so, that could be a source of information. Or there could be a witness ... either to the receipt of a benefit or to statements made by Thomas or the store. There are many potential evidence sources from both sides ... a former store employee, a fellow student or player, a grad assistant ... You never know who might have been using a cell phone camera at an inopportune time.
