I just overpaid for tickets to Thursday afternoon on stubhub.

Interestingly, the cheapest ticket for the Thursday afternoon session is $130.
Session 1: $5
Session 2: $6
Session 3: $19
Session 4: $22
Session 5: $130 - our first game.
Session 6: $57
Session 7: $156 (which I'm tempted to buy since it's a 300 level and last year I paid significantly more than that for 400 level)
Session 8: $95

I realize there are variables, and it will be interesting to see how this ends up once the draw is finalized this weekend, but the fact that the Thursday afternoon session is so outpacing the Thursday evening session is crazy. I bet it would be $50 higher if we were session 6.

The BEAST knows it has to capitalize on us while they can.

This trend has been visible on stubhub for at least the last few years. If SU gets knocked out on Thursday, watch what happens to the price of Friday tickets. While I have no plans to go to the ACCT in the foreseeable future, I wonder what affect SU will have on ticket prices for the event once they're playing in it.
