What in the world happened at the end of the half?

From 306, it looked like Florida airballed a shot, someone got an outlet to Scoop, and Scoop missed a three as the official whistled the play dead for a shot clock violation.

Instead, Florida got the ball back. What gives?

when scoop caught the pass, he traveled trying to spin around a defender.

I guess he did walk, but how many times do we see a transition opportunity killed because officials blow that dead for a shot clock violation? This time they let us play on and whistle a turnover. That was an awful crew.
