I'm thinks more like a mild labral/cartilage tear like Terrence Roberts several years back(his being of the knee variety that you can play through til off season surgery). That would also explain his lack of intensity. When you're playing hurt just hoping to make it through it looks like this.

Devito would have shred them. I disappointed in Dino. He is way more meathead then i ever imagined. For instance why not more Howard. Why continue to throw 20 yard outs when your QB has no arm strength. Why not add another LB. Why not sub in fresh LBs. Poor coaching. I would rotate DeVito for different reason. Eric need some time to cool off his head after a bad throw.

ED might be hurt but he is just a different player this year. He is listed at 6'4", 226 but has to be 240+. Added bulk esp shoulders and arms. Our conditioning staff has this team in awesome shape but i wonder if ED was bulked up too much to sustain hits and play his physical style, its affecting his arm strength and rom. He is also slower this year.

Its also on the coaching and lack of adjustments and the O is just as much at fault as is the D. The signs were there the first few games not being able to play in rhythm and sustain drives and continuity drive to drive. The 20 yd horizontal bubble throws to Riley are mind boggling and ignoring the middle of the field along with throwing 1 ball over 30 yards is unexplainable. We take no shots and thus the wrs wont develop. Its frustrating.

We were outplayed and outschemed in the second half against Clemson at Clemson.

Defense was outschemed today in the second half. But the offense did not make the plays when needed

Great point. The offensive approach isnt the same from the opening kick. The tempo, organization, playing crisp offense and the play calls are vanilla. Not sure we ran more than 10-12 different plays today. And yes, the D stands in one spot, never blitz a gap when we are getting pounded. Its easy to block defenders when you generally know where they will be at the snap. Would rather lose getting burnt on a blitz, bringing guys and leaving dbs on a island.

There were three other quarterbacks on that bench. They had a choice. Why is he the backup if they have no confidence in him? So you put a guy who you have no faith in during your most important game to that point in the season because????????? Who told you they have no faith in DeVito.
