Well, it's still an informal agreement, which means a lot can change. I don't think it WILL change, and I hope it doesn't, because it's another push toward the eventual massive realignment that's so inevitable at this point. I just want the landscape to shift once and for all, with ALL of the pieces moving during the same time period rather than over several years. Let's get all of this over with.
