Traditions of Success 30%
. Player success 10% NFL/NBA draft picks since 1999 weighed by round and alltime Naismith/Heisman winners
G. Stadium Advantage 10% Game Day experience, Home winning percentage, difference between home and road winning percentage since 1998.
H. Football/Basketball revenue 10% 2011 figures per U.S. Dept. of Education

Also, each school was given a grade for NCAA violations that have occurred since 1998 and were graded by severity of the sanctions.
