I think this has been brought up before, but probably a lot of is has to do with the kind of recruits we're getting. In a lot of cases, recruiting in like the 15-50ish range (which seems to be where we are more often than not) is kind of like limbo. Obviously the absolute best one and done players are the top ten guys, and we rarely get those guys. And then the guys past 50, they almost never go after a year or two, so you get them for 3-4 years and they can develop together. Whereas we get guys in the zone where if a few things break right for the player, they can go, but they may not have a massive impact on the team in their year there. Also not sure how to evaluate a guy like Malachi; who was right in the middle of the range I was talking about, had an ok regular season, but also took us to the final four. [/QUOTE]
