I used to pay for ESPN Insider on ESPN.com but that became ESPN+.  2nd many fans of minor sports or non P4 conferences have ESPN+ to watch their college basketball, football, and a lot of lacrosse games.  Second, there is no reason ESPN would be negotiating with the SEC and ACC about ESPN+.  Their games generally are not on ESPN+ but instead are on ACCNX and SEC+ which are free if you are a subscriber to a Pay TV distributor that has the ACCN and SEC Network, respectively.  Access to ACCNX and SEC+ apparently is continuing even if your TV distributor does not yet have an agreement with ESPN to provide ESPN Unlimited Plan to its subscribers.  My guess is that ESPN+ will continue at least until ESPN has concluded agreements with it's pay-tv cable/satellite/streaming services to provide their subscribers the ESPN Unlimited Plan.  That will be until at least the end of this year and into the beginning of next year.  Then maybe ESPN+ goes away and to get it's content you'll need the full ESPN Unlimited Plan.
