ESPN3

its been unavailable borderline all night on UVERSE and AppleTV
 
No problem for me. Looked good-ish. Not cable or Netflix quality, but a buhjillion times better than All Access.
 
Yeah, pretty smooth for me as well. Not like watching on TV (well, I was watching on my TV, but you get the point), but not bad either.
 
It will be available through your cable box in 18-36 months.
 
when it came in, it looked great. i just got kicked out every 5-60 seconds.

I was very surprised at the high quality of the picture and the sound. I ran the game on my computer and fed the screen into my television with a cable and it was good to go. Had little or no (none i remember) cutouts or buffering issues. Was pleased as i was late to the game in finding out that the game wasn't on cable television.
 
Get used to it, it is the future. ESPN is pushing it and it is smart because it is the future they need to stay ahead of the times. This is the deal, ESPN wants games exclusively on ESPN3 so people have to get it. The only problems I had were because of my laptop because it is getting old. It looked awesome on my phone.

I posted in another thread that E3 will eventually be available thru your cable box and that many of SU's Olympic sports will be on E3, possibly as early as the spring.

Im giving you a like for watching the best series in a very long time, not the description of the fly episode. While Gilligan admits it was a "bottle" episode to save money due to being way over budget for that season, it took some writing talent to do so much with so little. Jesse's skimming, and Walt starts to let stuff slip as he fades from consciousness(the way he did about the 2nd phone, after the fugue state...i think i just like saying "fugue state" after watching that show now). It's been awhile since I saw that episode, but there is usually a good deal of symbolism. Ive forgotten what the fly at the end of the episode in his home was supposed to symbolize, but sites like this and others mention bits and pieces: http://breakingbad.wikia.com/wiki/Fly

I actually registered my own domain awhile ago and was going to make a fan site, but didn't have the know how. I'm almost tempted to still do it just to learn how. Whether it's addiction, love, or both, those are the qualities I associate between myself and that show...for the moment still on par with this team, at least.
 
I loved the fact that ESPN3 did not have a ticker running scores on the bottom while watching the Syracuse game on my Xbox. I was taping the Mich St/Kentucky game and I later was able to watch that without knowing the score ahead of time. Other than a bit of occasional buffering, the quality was good. Not as good as the HD on regular ESPN but as good as normally seen on Time Warner sports and certainly better than OAA.

The Breaking Bad episodes pre-load and continue loading as you watch. The stream for ESPN 3 is different. I'd check your upload/download speed on your modem because that's the issue.

prob amazing in terms of art... but im not really an art buff. no suspense, no action.

terrible was a bad word choice... boring would have been better.

and terrible and boring are in the context of the breaking bad series. thats a very important reminder.

syracuse's terrible is still better than rutgers's great.
 
Watched it on my IPAD. Not as good as HD but better than analog and streaming. I had no issues whatsoever.
