I don't know much about Hicks, but I'd prefer a S&C coach who led by example, i.e. was a ripped up monster himself. Again, I don't know much about Hicks other than the 5 minutes they showed him, but he doesn't strike me as the kind of guy that the players would push themselves for (except for maybe Hickey based on his article, but that seems more like it's Hickey's will than Hicks' motivation).  McDonald was shown a little bit, but I never got the sense that he was very hands on during practice.  It seemed like DeAndre Smith, Moore and Lester dominate the conversation during practice.  That's probably just TV editing though.
