Nobody outside of us SU ckers thought that Syracuse had a shot at a great season. I think every team has a shot at a NC, but... Anyways, this team has more talent on offense already than any team in recent memory. The line may have been better with Nassib but we have a true freshman QB who arguably, has more upside than ANY we've had (that includes #5).
The playmakers are phenomenal for guys who have never played at this level. The play that tells me the most about their potential was a failed play: The ball that hit Phillips on the head tells you that Dungey knew where his receiver was going to be ...exactly; between two defenders. It was like an alley oop. Dungey must have routes hardwired in his brain already. He's tuned in with Ishmael. With more practice together, Phillips isn't going to miss that again.
We've been in every game. Three of the five remaining games are very winnable and after watching FSU struggle several times this year - they are no LSU. All right. Clemson, we got no shot.
I hate losing. But I like the team. If the defense can figure out how to play the entire width of the field, we can still make a bowl.

Agree on most, but I saw chalk on the #5 comment!
