Exit Meetings...

I am sure that the staff has exit meetings with all players in terms of reviewing their seasons and for returning players telling them what they need to improve upon in their games.

I wonder; however, does the staff do a self-review ??? If not - why not ??? If so, how come nothing changes from season to season in the coaching approach or do they always grade themselves @ 100% ???
