explain the timeline again to me?

ESPN/SU/PS all investigated on this between 2003-2005? the tape existed somewhere in the timeline of all these investigations and no one thought it meant anything?

and how do we have a time frame on this tape? from some date on a tape or from when people knew it existed?

i know.. i am wondering when the tape existed and he was being interviewed by all these people it never came out? Did he not talk with all three of these groups and wouldn't they have asked for proof other than his own statement? and if he had it for so long why wait so long to bring it out? if the EX was gonna call the police/DA and complain did she not know about it either? if she had proof shouldn't she have brought it out as well?

was it a secret only ESPN knew about?
