Its coming. Last couple games hes shown some nice little post moves, the shots down low just havent been falling. Even had a little fadeaway that rimmed out. 1 of these games hes gonna score on the post a couple times early, we're gonna keep going to him, and hes gonna dominate. And fab if youre reading this, feel free to do that in the sweet 16 or elite 8.

If melo starts droppin 25 then we literally can't lose

Wont happen... if the game is competitive our scoring is too balanced for Fab to score that much. If its a blowout he wont be in the game long enough. I'd say Christmas has a better chance at 25 against a 16 seed where JB leaves him in to gain experience and confidence.

I think he will be a consistent 12 and 7 guy from here on out, and possibly burst his point production into the high teens on occasion, but I think 25 is pushing it, except maybe against an overmatched 16 seed in the first round of the NCAAT.

If by some miracle he decided to come back next year, I think he would be a regular 17 and 10 guy with several games where he scored in the 20s. But, I think it is highly doubtful that he will be back.

At what point did Rony break out in 87?

Rony was a 10-7 guy as a soph. As I remember his breakout became consistent the last few games of the 86-87 regular season.

Yes, his progression was a gradual thing more than a breakout. He had 23 points in his 1st Sr. game in a 3 pt. loss to UNC.

I feel something like a 9-10 game from the field, 7-7 from the line type of game. Hey look that equals 25, im a genius.

thats why i think he stays another year-
he can play himself into a top pick instead of late first round

1) At this point no way is Fab coming back
B) No way do I think he can score 25 right now
4) I could absolutely see him putting up a 17 point, 15 rebound, 6 block performance any day now

last year he was a total bust according to most-

this year a top pick?

Maybe if Keno Davis came back and we played Providence again. Otherwise, highly doubtful.

Next year (Yes, I think he'll be back as he isn't ready for the NBA).

I don't think it's coming this year. And if he does leave for the NBA, it could be a few years before he hits that mark. I have not seen any "nice little post moves" yet from him. If he could develop a strong drop-step he'd be a monster. I have been surprised to see him sink a few jumpers from 15 ft. He actually has a pretty good stroke for a big guy. But for now, and depending upon the flow of the games, I'd say 18 to 20 points is his ceiling.
