Sure things like an IPF are essential because of our weather, hydrotherapy/great medical facilities because of the nature of injuries to students who are making a ton of money for the University, and maybe a weight room expansion could be justified for efficiency purposes. Other then that providing a solid infrastructure is the way to go. Support staffs are becoming more and more important because of the deregulation of social media recruiting.
