As for Shafer a lots going to fall on him. Is he prepared for it? He's probably not very experienced in it? Why did he stop doing the luncheons? We're definitely up against it I just have a feeling the same issues are going to keep popping up and unless we start winning big some how , they aren't going to fix themselves... I know you know this, just speaking in general
